Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate
Must be detail-oriented, passionate about their job and hospitality
Collaborate with the BOH team to lead and oversee service in a variety of formats
Create exceptional guest experiences that clearly communicate expectations to the FOH and BOH
Coach and develop the front-of-house employees by setting guidelines and expectations
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
Ability to train all new employees

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

Must have at least 4+ years experience in a Full-service General Manager role – NO JOB HOPPERS
High Volume 4M+ experience
Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations and build relationships
