Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate
- Must be detail-oriented, passionate about their job and hospitality
- Collaborate with the BOH team to lead and oversee service in a variety of formats
- Create exceptional guest experiences that clearly communicate expectations to the FOH and BOH
- Coach and develop the front-of-house employees by setting guidelines and expectations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
- Ability to train all new employees
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Must have at least 4+ years experience in a Full-service General Manager role – NO JOB HOPPERS
- High Volume 4M+ experience
- Strong and proven leadership qualities: friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations and build relationships
