An established franchise group is on the search for a driven and motivated Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager to join their team. You will directly support the General manager to reach performance goals and quality standards. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Focus on employee and guest safety
  • Inventory Management
  • Employee training
  • Food and Restaurant Safety

Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 1-3 years of Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong employee leadership experience and desires
  • Ability to focus on customer service and support

Fast Food Restaurant Assistant Manager Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range: $45,000 to $52,000
