Area Operations Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Significant and recent McDonald's brand experience at the Multi-Unit/ Ops Consultant level
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and coach business excellence
  • Must have a strong, analytical/ financial decision-making approach
  • Great tenure and career progression: ideal candidates will have 10+ years of brand experience
  • Hamburger University
  • ServSafe certified
