Director Of Procurement Responsibilities:

• ·      Develop, Implement and manage sourcing and supplier strategies and relationships to ensure optimal business results
• · Implement and Oversee procurement systems and strategies to insure the brand meets strategic, financial, and operational targets.
• ·  Be at the forefront of culinary trends, secure exclusive product launches, and plan new ideas and strategies for new product launches
• ·    Oversee and implement consistently against the vision and strategy of the company.
• ·    Leads by example
• ·    Constantly educate yourself on the latest fine food trends

Director Of Procurement Qualifications:

• ·        Strong Analytical skills
• ·        A 7 + plus years of prior experience in a retail procurement role or related area. Ideally in a high-end environment
• ·        A self-starter, is someone who is self-directed, passionate, and able to work without supervision.
• ·        Creative problem solver who thrives when a challenge is presented.
• · Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects.
