Director Of Procurement Responsibilities:
- · Develop, Implement and manage sourcing and supplier strategies and relationships to ensure optimal business results
- · Implement and Oversee procurement systems and strategies to insure the brand meets strategic, financial, and operational targets.
- · Be at the forefront of culinary trends, secure exclusive product launches, and plan new ideas and strategies for new product launches
- · Oversee and implement consistently against the vision and strategy of the company.
- · Leads by example
- · Constantly educate yourself on the latest fine food trends
Director Of Procurement Qualifications:
- · Strong Analytical skills
- · A 7 + plus years of prior experience in a retail procurement role or related area. Ideally in a high-end environment
- · A self-starter, is someone who is self-directed, passionate, and able to work without supervision.
- · Creative problem solver who thrives when a challenge is presented.
- · Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects.
