Job Summary
Talented Healthcare BPO Sales Reps needed with experience in BPO consultive sales to health plans. This is a remote sales position for an individual contributor willing to travel as needed. Healthcare BPO Sales Rep Responsibilities:
- Drive new sales of business processing outsourcing in the healthcare payer market
- Develop custom solutions to manage claims, billing, call center, etc
- Present custom proposals to increase productivity and cut costs of healthcare payers
Healthcare BPO Sales Rep Requirements
- 4+ years of experience selling IT and BPO solutions
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Master’s preferred
- Excellent sales, customer service, presentation and communication skills
Healthcare BPO Sales Rep Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary 150 – 170K
- Strong incentive compensation with uncapped commissions (OTE to $305K)
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Remote with 25% + travel
