Sales Director Responsibilities:

  • Drive new sales of business processing outsourcing in the healthcare payer market
  • Develop custom solutions to manage claims, billing, call center, etc
  • Present custom proposals to increase productivity and cut costs of healthcare payers

Sales Director Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience selling IT and BPO solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Master’s preferred
  • Excellent sales, customer service, presentation and communication skills

Sales Director Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary 150 – 165K
  • Strong incentive compensation with uncapped commissions with OTE to 305K
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Remote with 25% + travel
