We are in search of a hands-on manager who knows how to run a tight ship that keeps employees engaged and inspires them to take pride in their jobs. Bakery Manager Requirements
- Two+ years prior leadership experience
- Hands-on and solutions-oriented approach
- Prior experience with scheduling, inventory control, training, and onboarding
Bakery Manager Duties
- Hire, train, and retain staff
- Maintain a clean and orderly space
- Be the go-to for our employees
- Ordering and receiving
- Handle disciplinary process
