We are recruiting a manufacturing Process Improvement Engineer. Reporting to the Project Leader, this individual will drive manufacturing process and product quality control improvement activities, support operational efficiency/improvement implementation, use statical analysis, and deliver world-class customer support.
Process Improvement Engineer Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Business Operating Management System (including updates)
- Oversees business unit regulatory requirements, standards certifications, and internal/external audit assessment functions
- Manages process control initiatives for the attainment of long-term product quality and process capability
- Supports development of new product/process documentation, as well as enhancement to current documentation
- Leads quality improvement activities via robust root cause analysis and determination methods
Process Improvement Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (scientific field) and 3+ years experience in similar QMS
- Ability to manage projects (expanding in complexity) while adhering to industry manufacturing standards
- Desire to take initiative, work in a true team environment with all other supporting functional groups
- Possess a high level of detail, organization, and ability to always prioritize projects and responsibilities
- Leads, mentors, and develops team members to achieve personal, facility, and corporate goals
Process Improvement Engineer Compensation:
- Base Salary: $75K- $88K (based on experience), plus an annual bonus
