A well-established, family-owned Dairy is looking for a Store Manager for their Ice Cream Shop, Dairy Store, and other concepts. If you are an energetic, positive leader, looking for a great work-life balance, this is the perfect match! There are multiple locations hiring!
Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Handling day-to-day operations
- Dealing with guests and customers
- Leading staff members
- Writing schedules
- Helping conduct inventories
- Helping maintain a positive work culture
Store Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in an AGM role
- Hands-on Mentality
- Great Computer Skills
- Some financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Unquestionable character and integrity
- Background working with youth is a plus
