 Restaurant General Manager’s Requirements:

  • Has 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager OR 3 years as an Assistant General Manager
  • Has a high level of integrity and respect 
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to make an immediate impact on store results  
  • Ability to build strong, cohesive teams and pursue excellence relentlessly  
  • You're friendly, hospitality-driven, and passionate about taking care of people 
  • High energy and results-driven 

Restaurant General Manager's Responsibilities: 

  • Be hands-on in your management style and works side-by-side with your team 
  • Ensure staff is trained, competent, and friendly
  • Hire, coach, motivate and mentor staff
  • Manage orders effectively and conduct weekly inventory 
  • Control costs food and labor costs
  • Build sales through training staff, community outreach, and marketing promotions
