Market Research Analyst (Real Estate) Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience researching the residential real estate market
  • Strong understanding of supply and demand, affordability, and residential housing prices
  • Ability to analyze and understand market conditions, consumer behaviors, and industry trends and implications
  • Ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them effectively

Market Research Analyst (Real Estate) Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in economics, finance, statistics, or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of research methodologies and best practices
  • Familiarity with statistical and data analysis tools (SPSS, EViews, Tableau, PowerBl, etc.) and an ability to conduct statistical analysis
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and visuals on the housing market for education and marketing efforts
