Catering Assistant Director Requirments
- Prior off-premise catering experience required.
- FOH and BOH expertise and have creative design skills
- Our event coordinators & sales team must have food-related backgrounds with knowledge of menu creation quantities including both food & beverage service
Catering Assistant Director Requirments
- Event production from menu & proposal design to event operations and client follow-through.
- Highly organized with advanced attention to detail
- Be able to work without micromanagement
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills and work in a fast-paced, family-style environment.
