Catering Assistant Director Requirments

  • Prior off-premise catering experience required.
  • FOH and BOH expertise and have creative design skills
  • Our event coordinators & sales team must have food-related backgrounds with knowledge of menu creation quantities including both food & beverage service

Catering Assistant Director Requirments

  • Event production from menu & proposal design to event operations and client follow-through.
  • Highly organized with advanced attention to detail
  • Be able to work without micromanagement
  • Have excellent verbal & written communication skills and work in a fast-paced, family-style environment.
