Midwestern-based Oral Surgery practice looking for enthusiastic, friendly, energetic, caring, and passionate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (OMS) to join our client's fast-paced and busy Practice in Beautiful Lafayette, Indiana. Come work with top-notch surgeons with a patient load ready for you to tackle. No need to build your own client list, this is a team environment, and we all share in the workload. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Job Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent patient care within the clinic as well as the local hospital settings

· Collaborate with services within the community to provide excellent services and community relationships

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Requirements

· Preferred Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) experience, or ability to become Board Certified within 2 years

· 3rd & 4th year Dental School University Candidates / Oral Surgeon Residents to be considered

· Indiana State Licensed DDS or DMD

· ADEX Exam – CDCA(NERB) Certification

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Compensation and Benefits:

· Generous yearly compensation of $400,000 base – with potential first year earnings of $1 million

· Relocation Assistance Provided – from anywhere in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico

· Mentorship and great office culture with a 2-year track to full partnership

· Access to the latest equipment and technology in order to provide minimally invasive surgical procedures for facial surgery

· This role will lead into a full partnership, become future private practice partner – no need to buy access; this will be included as part of partnership compensation

· Ability to work as the emergency provider at IU local hospital
