Part Time Speech Therapist – Licensed – Home Health

Our established and reputable home health interdisciplinary team is seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to round out our care teams servicing the mountain/rural regions outside of Denver. We are passionate about bringing care to all of those who need it and that includes the beautiful mountainous regions and hard-to-reach folks. We get there! Speech Therapist Responsibilities

• Work 15-20 hours per week bringing therapeutic care to patients within the assigned region
• Work with patients, family members and other care staff to develop and implement appropriate care plans
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team regarding patient status, observations and changes in condition
• Chart daily and communicate as needed with primary care physician
• Attend case meetings as required

Speech Therapist Requirements

• Masters Licensed SLP – Current and in Good Standing with State of Colorado
• COVID-19 Vaxed and Boosted (Must show proof)
• 2+ Years of Home Health or other SLP experience
• Proven ability to adhere to visit schedule and demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care
• Valid Driver's License, Insurance and reliable vehicle able to traverse challenging and rural landscapes
