RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
  • Develops personal growth opportunities
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, if the needs of the business and position dictate
  • Must be detail-oriented, passionate about their job and hospitality
  • Collaborate with the BOH team to lead and oversee service in a variety of formats
  • Create exceptional guest experiences that clearly communicate expectations to the FOH and BOH
  • Coach and develop the front of house employees by setting guidelines and expectations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
  • Ability to train all new employees

RESTAURANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience as Restaurant Manager
  • TIPS Certification is a plus
  • NY Department of Health & Mental Hygiene Food Protection Certificate a plus
  • Must be able to stand for a long period of time
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Results-driven
