Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • You must have 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
  • You must have strong communication skills
  • You must be focused on team development
  • You must have full availability for the restaurant schedule

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • You will be hiring, scheduling and developing managers
  • You will handle P&L review and cost control
  • You will prioritize guest satisfaction
  • You will ensure a safe and positive work environment
