Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- You must have 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
- You must have strong communication skills
- You must be focused on team development
- You must have full availability for the restaurant schedule
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- You will be hiring, scheduling and developing managers
- You will handle P&L review and cost control
- You will prioritize guest satisfaction
- You will ensure a safe and positive work environment
