We seek a dedicated RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee our Continuing Care Community. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the RN Nursing Supervisor will lead and develop a caring and driven staff in delivering the highest quality of care.
Available Shifts: Full Time Evening; Part Time Evening and Night.
RN NURSING SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure team is delivering quality care to residents
- Manage the nursing operation of the assigned unit
- Mentor and develop staff to reach full potential
RN NURSING SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS
- BS degree in Nursing
- PA State RN License
- Knowledge of DOH regulations
- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a Senior Living environment
RN NURSING SUPERVISOR BENEFITS
- Starting rate $34.00 +$2 or $5 shift differential
