Executive Sous Chef

We are looking for a scratch-kitchen experienced leader to help our brand grow in this market. The Sous Chef will help lead the BOH team with a focus on quality and execution. Strong leadership with personality is what we are looking for in this hire. Menu development is handled by the corporate chef team, so this role will not be involved in creating new dishes.

Sous Chef Required Background:

• 2+ years as a salaried Tournant or Assistant Kitchen Manager, ideally in a corporate concept
• Strong leadership qualities
• Upbeat personality and excellent communication skills to uphold high standards
• Budget and financial savvy with a focus on inventory and cost controls
