Commercial Real Estate Associate Responsibilities:
-Take photos of commercial spaces
-Show commercial property as needed
-Shadow Senior Brokers & listen in on scheduled calls
-Administrative tasks, as needed
-New business development
Commercial Real Estate Associate Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree, preferred
-2-5+ years of sales experience, preferred
-Solid sales experience is strongly preferred
-Commercial real estate or leasing experience, preferred
-Must be willing to become an independent contractor receiving 100% commissions only, after 2-year associate program is completed
-Must be able to report on-site in Portsmouth, NH Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
