Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 1 year of management experience in an upscale-casual environment
- Passionate about hospitality and mentoring others.
- Strong work ethic, highly organized with an eye for detail.
- High energy, guest-focused, positive attitude.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, uphold standards and foster an environment of learning.
- Mentor and coach the service staff, willing to jump in and help.
- Cultivate meaningful guest relationships and build sales.
