A successful insurance agency seeks a full time remote Producer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Use a variety of prospecting techniques to develop new sales
- Offer exceptional customer support to existing clients
- Market new and existing policies with represented carriers
Requirements
- Active P&C license
- Sales experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Compensation and Benefits:
- Fully remote!
- Starting salary while growing your business
- 40% commission on new business, 30% on renewals
- 25% commission on first year life/health business
