A successful insurance agency seeks a full time remote Producer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Use a variety of prospecting techniques to develop new sales
  • Offer exceptional customer support to existing clients
  • Market new and existing policies with represented carriers

Requirements

  • Active P&C license
  • Sales experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Fully remote!
  • Starting salary while growing your business
  • 40% commission on new business, 30% on renewals
  • 25% commission on first year life/health business
