Job Summary

We are searching for a service-minded Hotel Night Audit Supervisor, that is professional and courteous with strong attention to detail. Great opportunity to join the team of an upscale national hotel group. Are you ready to take the next step from Night Auditor? We are also open to candidates with Front Desk Agent and Front Office Manager experience who are looking to grow their experience.

 

Hotel Night Audit Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Completion of night audit process, including end of day accounting and reporting
  • Complete registration process, verify authorizations, and close guest check out
  • Resolve guest issues/problems, escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and quality service

 Hotel Night Audit Supervisor Requirements:

  • Previous hotel Night Audit or Guest Service Agent experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and cheerful demeanor, caring personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PPT
  • Experience with Resort Suite PMS System a plus
