Restaurant Shift Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications

  • Maintains a High Level of Guest Satisfaction
  • Demonstrates and leads with Honesty, Integrity, and Compassion for their staff  
  • Demonstrates the ability to be positive and a hands-on leader in high volume
  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant
  • The ability to assist by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
  • Superior guest service skills
  • People Person – motivate and care for their staff
