Restaurant Shift Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Maintains a High Level of Guest Satisfaction
- Demonstrates and leads with Honesty, Integrity, and Compassion for their staff
- Demonstrates the ability to be positive and a hands-on leader in high volume
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant
- The ability to assist by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
- Superior guest service skills
- People Person – motivate and care for their staff
