Assistant Bakery Manager Responsibilities:
- Hands on baking with the team
- Partners with Bakery Manager in P&L management and inventory control
- Projects warmth, enthusiasm, and optimism that attracts and energizes others
- Build genuine guest connections
- Demonstrates an intense drive and commitment to excellence and a passion to succeed
Assistant Bakery Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in high volume Upscale Restaurant or Food Retail concepts preferred
- Charismatic leader
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required in a bakery setting
