Job Summary

Our Client is seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to be their Transportation Engineering Team Lead. This position will lead and direct our Client's ongoing transportation programs in Utah. Come join a top organization with top earning potential and employee ownership.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team or group of individuals
  • Marketing and Business Development, new business development
  • Market and Manager Transportation Design Work.
  • Work closely with directors and owners on multiple projects

Team Lead Surveyor Requirements

  • 9-10 + years of Civil Engineering experience preferred
  • Current professional Contacts and industry reputation
  • Must have Utah PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months

Team Lead Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary $130-180,000 Annually
