Job Summary
We are looking to hire a polished professional who is passionate about service and creating a great guest experience. We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our location in Columbia. This is a growing, multi-unit independent restaurant group with 5 locations.
The right candidate will have experience in a high-volume, high-energy, casual environment with a minimum of 2 years of salaried full-service management experience. Must have a strong ability to build and lead a passionate team of staff.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
- Builds teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication
- The right candidate understands performance criteria and holds self and team accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills
- Understands and executes an action plan to achieve goals
Salary – $45,000 to $50,000. We offer a strong attainable bonus of $4,000, plus a great health package, and PTO – 1-week yr one.
