Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
• Maintain quality food and service always
• Be proficient with recipe expectations
• Helps control food and labor

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a scratch kitchen
• Understands quality and helps uphold standards
• Exhibits a hands-on approach and is proud to be a patient teacher and coach to their team
• Must love to cook
