Maintenance Tech is needed for a local restaurant group.
Position is paid Hourly at $21-22/hours.
Restaurant Maintenance Technician Benefits:

Restaurant Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of commercial restaurant equipment, including practical experience completing repairs, is required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of employees and management in a team effort for success
- Demonstrated ability to work independently having been given defined objectives
- Capable of easily adapting and solving problems in an expedient manner
- Must be self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Understands and has the ability to execute excellent customer service skills
Restaurant Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Maintenance coordinates and performs maintenance and installation of equipment and facilities related to restaurants in their designated area.
- In addition, coordinate and supervise outside contractors and vendors as needed, as well as interact with various Restaurant and District Managers to ensure that building systems are maintained in excellent working condition
- Conduct regularly scheduled restaurant audits making recommendations for needed repairs and working with the Management Team by training or coaching on how to affect minor repairs to help reduce repair costs and also provide a safer environment for our guests and employees
- Provides expertise and consultation to the Management Team on replacement, repairs, and preventative maintenance issues
- Properly maintain, in excellent working order, all tools, vehicles, technology devices, and any other associated company property
- Order and maintain inventory levels for highly used parts and equipment for use in job duties
- Perform cooking equipment repair & installation, including hood ventilation systems, lighting repair and installation, electrical repair, plumbing, light carpentry and tile work, POS and drive-thru equipment repair and installation, including safes and camera systems & back door alarms.
- Perform menu board maintenance and repair, minor painting & building repairs, parking lot washing/painting & striping, window washing, and vent hood cleaning, as needed. Perform HVAC (cleaning or minor issues as needed)
