Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Management experience with a staff of more than 30
  • Sales volume experience of at least $2.5 million
  • P&L accountability and knowledge
  • Budgeting and financial planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • The ability to identify areas of opportunity and lead a plan of action
  • The highest level of character and integrity
