Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager or Chef who has upscale scratch cooking experience. Knowledge of strong systems and standards from a corporate brand is critical to being successful in this position.
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on developing and mentoring a team around you
- Must come from Full-Service Dining
- Experience in a corporate restaurant setting for 3+ years
- Ability to multi-task and interact with both FOH and BOH seamlessly
- Excellent culinary background with a strong focus on quality and high standards
- Willingness to learn new systems and own them in the future
