- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication
- Holds themselves and their team accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills
- Understands and executes an action plan to achieve goals
- Ability to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold a guest-first culture
