Job Summary

Experienced District Managers are needed for an exceptional opportunity! An opportunity like no other with huge growth potential and great quality of life!

District Manager Qualifications:

  • Removes barriers that prevent the team from delivering excellent service.
  • Enforces prompt, effective responses to guest concerns. 
  • Actively coaches around Speed, Hospitality, and Product Quality behaviors and results.
  • Uses customer reports to help build action plans and solve issues.
  • Holds team accountable to operations audits and ensures deviations are corrected timely. 
  • Teaches and enforces Food Safety behaviors and processes with high integrity every visit.
  • Holds General Managers accountable to a properly maintained facility, equipment, and tools.

District Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of restaurant operations experience; drive-thru experience preferred.
  • Proven track record and success managing multiple units/stores with P&L responsibility
  • Proficiency in Restaurant Operating, Back of House, and Point of Sales systems preferred.
  • Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and coach several levels of staff.
  • Advanced ability to implement and execute processes given strategic direction.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Advanced understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures
