General Manager Benefits:
- Base Salary up to $80,000.
- Achievable Bonus Plan paid quarterly.
- PTO and Health benefits, after 90 days.
- Owner/Operator Career Path: get on the Operating partner track.
General Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years General Manager or relevant experience required.
- Ensure excellent quality, flavorful food made to spec and served timely with care.
- Manage budgeting, labor, food, and beverage costs based on financial objectives.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, maintenance, safety, etc.
