Join a fast-paced, global organization as the Global HR Director, responsible for building, elevating, and scaling a world-class HR function across three continents. This is an exciting opportunity to lead HR strategy, operations, and transformation for a workforce of 2,000 employees while partnering closely with executive leadership to drive organizational growth.
Global HR Director Benefits & Compensation:
- Competitive base salary of $150k-$200k

Global HR Director Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including multi-country oversight
- Experience with Chinese and German HR environments preferred
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth global organizations.
- Public company experience strongly preferred
- Experience with HRIS optimization (ADP, SAP, or similar)
- Experience coordinating payroll and benefits administration
Global HR Director Preferred Background & Skills:
- Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and global compliance
- Strong leadership and change management capabilities
- Ability to balance global consistency with local relevance
Global HR Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a global HR strategy aligned with international growth plans
- Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, leadership development, and talent management
- Oversee HR operations across the US, China, and Germany, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, including systems optimization and process redesign
- Manage global mobility programs and expatriate assignments
- Drive recruitment strategy for high-volume and executive-level hiring
- Develop global performance management systems, succession planning, and retention strategies
- Create globally consistent compensation frameworks and oversee benefits administration
- Foster a unified culture across diverse regions while respecting local differences
