IT Audit Manager – SAP Compliance – Houston, TX

Join a global organization as an IT Audit Manager with a focus on SAP Governance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead controls, compliance, and security across a large-scale, multinational SAP environment. You will partner closely with IT, Internal Audit, and business leaders to strengthen system integrity and support S4 HANA readiness.

IT Audit Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
  • 7 or more years of experience in SAP governance, IT audit, SAP GRC, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, GRC Access Control, SoD, and ITGC principles.
  • Experience supporting SOX compliance and audit cycles.
  • Experience with S4 HANA environments preferred.

IT Audit Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or SAP-related credentials are a plus.

IT Audit Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SAP governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Drive controls, compliance, and risk management strategies across all SAP modules.
  • Manage SAP security across ECC, S4, and related systems, overseeing user access and role design.
  • Serve as the point of contact for audits related to SAP, preparing evidence and documentation for auditors.
  • Support S4 HANA readiness and participate in change management processes, ensuring proper controls around system changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
