General Manager Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant General Manager experience
• Strong background in hospitality and guest service
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Solid understanding of operations, financials, and KPIs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Committed to maintaining professionalism, culture, and consistency

General Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Lead the team to achieve financial, service, quality, and cleanliness goals
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every time
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
• Resolve guest and operational issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain accurate reporting and record-keeping
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
• Build strong relationships with team members and leadership
