General Manager Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant General Manager experience
- Strong background in hospitality and guest service
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Solid understanding of operations, financials, and KPIs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Committed to maintaining professionalism, culture, and consistency
General Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Lead the team to achieve financial, service, quality, and cleanliness goals
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience every time
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
- Resolve guest and operational issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate reporting and record-keeping
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
- Build strong relationships with team members and leadership
