An established installation and logistics company serving the greater Nashville area is looking for dependable General Laborers / Installation Assistants to join our team. We provide professional installation services for office, healthcare, and other commercial environments.

This is a hands-on, physical role ideal for someone who takes pride in hard work and reliability. You’ll assist with deliveries, assembly, and job-site preparation while learning the skills needed to advance into a full Commercial Installer position.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Move, stage, and set up furniture and materials at job sites
Assist installers with assembly and placement of office furniture and equipment
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
Follow directions from team leads and supervisors
Maintain a positive, professional attitude on every job

Qualifications:

No prior experience required — training provided
High school diploma or GED preferred
Reliable transportation to and from work
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50 lbs)
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
