You would be bringing your experience in the home builder arena to drive sales and nurture existing clients. National Home Builder Sales Rep Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets in the assigned region
- Travel within the region to support current and new customers
- Use cold calls and door-to-door sales to generate new business
- Give compelling product presentations
- Collect and Share market intelligence
- Help coordinate and support all post-sales activities
National Home Builder Sales Rep Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- 5 years of experience in home building sales required
- Self Starter with an Entrepreneurial drive to succeed
- Great Communicator with strong organizational skills
National Home Builder Sales Rep Benefits:
