Chef de Cuisine Benefits:

45-50 hour work week.

Chef de Cuisine Requirements:

3+ years min. experience in a similar role.
High Volume Catering/Venue experience preferred.
Ability to design and maintain systems, recipes, menus to ensure quality, seasonality, efficiency and profitability.
Ability to coordinate products, offerings and usage with our forage and farm partners.
Work with the catering director and sales team to ensure timely, accurate, efficient and profitable events.
Loves to cook and create.
