We are seeking a thoughtful and dynamic Dining Room Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a deep appreciation for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to keep the front-of-house running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Dining Room Manager – What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met
  • Support and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Manage floor presence and guest relationships to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team training
  • Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and presentation standards
  • Monitor labor, manage scheduling, and support inventory processes

Dining Room Manager – Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of management experience in a full-service or upscale casual restaurant
  • Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage (especially Italian cuisine and wine)
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient with POS systems and scheduling tools (e.g., Toast, 7Shifts, Resy)
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Dining Room Manager – What We Offer:
