We are seeking a thoughtful and dynamic Dining Room Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a deep appreciation for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to keep the front-of-house running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Dining Room Manager – What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met
Support and lead a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff
Manage floor presence and guest relationships to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team training
Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and presentation standards
Monitor labor, manage scheduling, and support inventory processes

Dining Room Manager – Who You Are:

2+ years of management experience in a full-service or upscale casual restaurant
Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage (especially Italian cuisine and wine)
Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficient with POS systems and scheduling tools (e.g., Toast, 7Shifts, Resy)
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Dining Room Manager – What We Offer:

Salary range of $75,000–$80,000
