We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Complex Litigation and Personal Injury Trial team. This role is ideal for an attorney with a passion for advocacy and a commitment to delivering results in high-stakes, complex cases.

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trials.
Analyze complex legal and factual issues to develop case strategy and recommendations.
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda with minimal supervision.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
Attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances across Texas.
Collaborate closely with trial partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal representation.

Litigation Attorney Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas.
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or wrongful death defense.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: transportation/trucking, construction, premises liability, products liability, or energy litigation.
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Courtroom experience and a genuine interest in trial work.
Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with a legal team.
