We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Complex Litigation and Personal Injury Trial team. This role is ideal for an attorney with a passion for advocacy and a commitment to delivering results in high-stakes, complex cases.

Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trials.
  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues to develop case strategy and recommendations.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
  • Attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances across Texas.
  • Collaborate closely with trial partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal representation.

Litigation Attorney Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or wrongful death defense.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: transportation/trucking, construction, premises liability, products liability, or energy litigation.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Courtroom experience and a genuine interest in trial work.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively with a legal team.
