Executive Chef – Growth-Focused, Culture-Driven Hospitality Group

We are a dynamic, expanding hospitality brand entering several major U.S. markets, and we’re searching for a high-energy, inspirational Executive Chef to lead the back-of-house operations at one of our newest flagship locations. This is a rare opportunity to shape culinary culture from the ground up while being part of a fast-growing, mission-driven team.

The ideal candidate is not just a chef — but a coach, mentor, and operator with a deep passion for food, leadership, and hospitality. We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, leads with empathy and integrity, and has a proven track record of driving excellence through people.

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural leader with a positive, team-first mindset
  • 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in high-volume, full-service kitchens
  • Proven expertise managing food and labor costs to hit budget targets
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
  • A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in catering or events is highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with FOH and event teams to ensure seamless execution
